Notice on Suspension of Universal Cash Saving & Withdrawing Service of Small-Amount Transaction System

Dear customers,  

As per the notice issued by the People’s Bank of China, the universal saving & withdrawing service of the small-amount payment system will be suspended starting on July 1, 2013. According to relevant provisions, our bank will suspend universal saving & withdrawing service of the small-amount payment system.
