Announcement on the Approval on the Business Opening of Lhasa Branch of the Company

The Company recently received from Tibet Branch of the CBRC the Reply on Approving the Business Opening of Lhasa Branch of the Company (Zang Yinjian Fu [2013] No.58, which approved the business opening of Lhasa Branch of the 

Company. The business address of the Branch is No.8, Beijing Road, Lhasa, Tibet Autonomous Region. It also 

approved the qualification of Ma Jun as the Vice President (in Charge) of Lhasa Branch. The Lhasa Branch of the 

Company shall operate within the business scope approved by the CBRC and authorized by the Company in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
