CMBC Won "China Best Employers 2015" Top 30 Award

On December 11, the award ceremony of "China Best Employers 2015" jointly organized by the Social Responsibility and Employer Brand Communication Research Center of Peking University and Zhaopin.com was held in Sanya; CMBC was listed in China Best Employers Top 30, ranking 15.

Known as "Oscar" within the human resources industry, "China Best Employers", started in 2005, is the earliest activity in China which introduces the "employer brand" into mass communication platform. The activity aims to discover and award benchmarking enterprises which create outstanding employer brand, so as to encourage enterprises to promote deeper employer brand building. In the selection process, with the power of the authoritative and professional mass media, it spreads the employer brand concept of "best employer" widely in the whole society, utilizes the force of example to make more enterprises recognize the importance of talents and learn advanced methods to attract talents, so as to promote Chinese enterprises to develop and implement employer brand strategy and help enterprises better respond to changes in the human resources market.

As for the "China Best Employer 2015" awards, after the selection of Best Employers Top 100 and nomination of Best Employers Top 30, taking the external public survey results, internal staff survey results and the experts' opinions into account, the list of China Best Employers Top 30 was eventually generated.
