If you have signed an agreement on this service, you be will notified on the changes in your account. CMBC will send the change information to your designated phone for your understanding.

You can active, change or cancel this service through all of our business points, our customer hotline 95568 or our online bank system.

You can use multiple phone numbers for one account or one phone number for multiple accounts.

4. Free Service

At present this service is provided to its customers by CMBC for free.

Application Procedures

You can go to any of our business points for activating this service. You can also call 95568 or log onto our mobile bank or personal online bank for activation of this service.

 

Warm Tips

1. If there has been a change on the time deposit in the account with instant messenger functions, CMBC will not send SMS notices;

2. If there has been change on the A(B) current deposits or time deposits in the account with instant messenger functions, CMBC will not send SMS notices;

3. The instant messenger service is provided jointly by the bank and the telecom carrier. CMBC will send out the messages out timely. In case of failure due to communication problems, the bank shall not be held liable.

4. The service is not supported by Xiaolingtong SMS service. Please do not use a Xiaolingtong number for signing this service agreement.
