2. Easy-to-use Salary Payment Agent and Virtual Financial Office

The Salary Payment Agent function of SME Internet Banking platform is designed to act as your agent and with your authorization make salary and bonus payments to your employees. Please go to any CMBC service counter to open the Salary Payment Agent function and authorize us to operate your corporate account through the SME Internet Banking platform. Then, with CMBC’s batch table-making tools, you will be able to produce pay-bills. Then, after receiving the pay-bill you submitted, the system will automatically make salary payment in batches. This easy-to-use and very convenient function will save you a lot of trouble and cost of making salary payments.
The Virtual Financial Office of the new SME Internet Banking platform is designed to help you handle the reimbursement applied by your employees. Please go to any CMBC service counter to open this function and authorize us to operate your corporate account through the SME Internet Banking platform. Then the fast and convenient real time or batched reimbursement service will be at your figure tips.

3. Cross-bank Corporate-Personal Transfer, Legal and Convenient

The Cross-bank Corporate-Personal Transfer function of the new platform will bring you great convenience in conducting single/batch transfer from a corporate account, which you authorize us to take it as the payment account, to personal accounts of other banks. CMBC has set up standard 10 purposes of the corporate-personal function in accordance with PBOC’s RMB Settlement Accounts Management Regulation to ensure you legally and efficiently make transfers from corporate accounts to personal accounts.

4. Convenient and Preferential Partner Account Remittance

The Partner Account function of the new platform is particularly designed to provide our ShangHuKa customer with convenient and preferential payment and settlement services. With the help of this function, a user is now able to establish up to 20 partner accounts in CMBC and other banks. When a customer make transfers to partner accounts, he/she will enjoy such preferential treatments like free transfer between CMBC accounts and 50% off transfer fee for cross-bank transfers. In short, this function can largely reduce transfer and operation costs. 

5. LeShouYin Receipt Accounts, Easy, Fast, Anytime, Anywhere

The new CMBC SME Internet Banking platform launched two innovative services, LeShouYin Remittance Receipt Account Administration and Remittance Limit Inquiry Services. With the help of these new services, a SME user may administrate his/her LeShouYin Remittance Receipt Account, e.g. add or delete receiver information, or check the maximum remittance limit of the tied-up accounts and single day maximum remittance limit. In short, this function will enable its user to make payment and settlement in an easier and more efficient way.

6. Cross-bank Cash Concentration, Easy and Efficient Account Management

The Cross-bank Cash Concentration function of the new platform is designed to provide its users with an easy-to-use and convenient cross-bank account status checking and cash concentration services. In addition, it also added a credit card cross bank automatic repayment function. Actually, you can directly check the status of your or other’s personal or corporate accounts opened in CMBC or other banks. With the help of this function, you may easily have a clear view over the account status of accounts opened in CMBC or other banks and efficiently make cross-bank transfer.

7. Self-help Loans, Easy to Withdraw or Repay, Convenient Financing Supports

The Loan function of the new platform can help its users to quickly check information about credit lines, credit line types, self-help withdraw and repayment, small amount pledge loan purpose statement, overdue loan details, different repayment methods for loans under credit line, etc. With the help of this function, the users can have different information about loans at any time so that they could effectively avoid the overdue risks and effectively and efficiently handle loan withdrawal and repayment.

 

Logon Procedure

1. Download and Install Controls and Drives

If this is the first time that you use CMBC SME Internet Banking Platform, it is essential for you to download and install recommended controls and drives to successfully log on the platform.
When for the first time you enter the new SME Internet Banking Log-on Page, a pop-up prompt will instruct you to install relevant controls necessary for running the SME Internet Banking system. You may click the URL link, [Download and install CMBC Internet Banking Security Upgrades], in the [install security upgrades] window to start installation. It is recommended that you close all browsers before install the controls. If you may encounter any problem, please click URL Link, [CMBC Internet Banking Users’ Manual], and follow the instruction.

2. How to log on

During the transition period, there are 3 methods for you to log on the new Internet Banking Platform.
When you enter the Corporate Edition of CMBC Internet Banking Platform, the system will display a dialog box of the new SME Internet Banking Logon instruction. You may click ‘Yes’ button to directly log on the new system;
After logging on the Corporate Edition of CMBC Internet Banking Platform, you may click ‘Yes’ button to directly log on the new system;
Directly log on the new SME Internet Banking Platform through the new Internet Banking Log-on Page at www.cmbc.com.cn;

3. Logon Prompts

Your logon name must be a 3-32 digit combination of numbers, letters and underscore. Letters may be in capitals or small letters. You may proceed to modify your logon name in the Setup function of the Internet Banking Home Page.
When a contracted user of the old CMBC Internet Banking system tries to log on the new Internet Banking Platform, the new Platform shall by default take your user’s name or number as your logon name/account number of the new platform. You may also choose to use the number of any of your debit card which has been bonded with your Internet Banking Account to log on the new Platform. Or, if you have already plugged your USB Key to your PC/tablet, the system shall display your user’s name as the logon name.
The logon password shall be a 6-20 digit combination of numbers, letters or number-and-letters in either capitals or small letters. You may proceed to modify your logon name in the Setup function of the Internet Banking Home Page.
When a contracted user of the old CMBC Internet Banking system tries to log on the new SME Internet Banking Platform, the new Platform shall by default take the VIP Edition logon password as your logon password of the new platform. For a user of the General Edition, you must use the number of any of your debit card which has been bonded with your Internet-Banking Account and the corresponding password to log on the new Platform and then proceed to modify your logon password.
When a contracted user of the old CMBC Internet Banking system tries to log on the new Internet Banking Platform, if you happen to have forgotten your logon password, you may still successfully log on through the [Forgotten Logon Password] function on the logon page by following the page prompts to enter your personal account number and identification number to retrieve your password. Then, by entering the validation number combination sent to your contracted cell phone by SMS, you may re-set your logon password.
If it is your first time to log on the new Internet Banking Platform, the system will automatically prompt you to install a new Internet Banking Security Control. If you have a SUB Key, the system will prompt you to upgrade the drives of your USB Key. Then, after the drive upgrades have been successfully done, when a customer conducts any transaction on CMBC’s VIP, Corporate or E-Merchants editions, the system will automatically add a USB Key password authentication step.

 

Security Tools

The new SME Internet Banking platform is built in accordance with PBOC’s latest password security strategies and supports 2048-bit certificates and State Secret SM2 algorithm. In addition to that, the new platform adopted such advanced security measures like multiple encryption, electronic signature, CFCA digital certificate, anti-counterfeiting station information validation, extra-code, soft keyboard, quota control, error entry control, etc. Furthermore, it adopted some new security tools like dynamic token and SMS validation code. By offering our customers with a wide variety of security options and USB-key based one-validation-plus-one-signature service, CMBC can ensure you a more secured, convenient and thoroughly protected environment for your online transactions.
