Handling process

submitting application materials ——review and approval of loan——entering into the contract——extending the loan
    Fill in and submit application form for the loan  
    Identity information: Valid identity certificate, registered permanent residence and marriage certificate of the borrower and his/her spouse
    Certification of domicile: house ownership certificate, house lease contract and so on of the borrower
    Supporting document of the income of the borrower
    Certification of individual and family assets
    Other credit information as CMBC thinks necessary
